Consultancy Opportunity
The successful bidder will be responsible for the design and production of two major publications:
- Clearing Cluster Munition Remnants 2026
- Clearing the Mines 2026
The work involves transforming complex research findings into visually engaging, accessible, and professional publications that maintain Mine Action Review’s established reputation for quality and credibility.
Key Proposal Requirements
Interested agencies must submit two separate PDF documents:
Technical Proposal
The technical proposal should demonstrate:
- Relevant experience producing high-quality reports
- Design capabilities and portfolio examples
- Ability to meet strict production timelines
- Understanding of the project requirements
Financial Proposal
The financial proposal should include:
- Total project cost
- Pricing excluding VAT
- Cost structure for delivering both reports
Failure to submit separate technical and financial proposals will result in automatic disqualification.
Evaluation Criteria

Technical Evaluation (80%)
