About the Lending and Finance Analyst Role

The Lending and Finance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting RE-volv’s lending operations from project origination through servicing and compliance. The position also provides opportunities to contribute to financial modeling, capital raising efforts, investor reporting, and strategic financial planning.

This role is well-suited for professionals with experience in CDFI lending, credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management who are looking to broaden their expertise in renewable energy finance and nonprofit lending.

The position is fully remote and is expected to begin on July 13, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

The analyst will work across multiple areas of lending, portfolio management, and finance operations.

Loan Originations

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting due diligence reviews of loan applications.
  • Analyzing borrower financial statements and cash flow projections.
  • Preparing detailed credit memos for internal review and approval.
  • Coordinating loan documentation and closing processes.
  • Supporting the development and refinement of solar financing products.

The role requires strong underwriting skills and attention to detail throughout the lending lifecycle.

Loan Servicing and Portfolio Management

The analyst will help ensure effective management of RE-volv’s growing loan portfolio.

Key duties include:

  • Overseeing payment processing and construction draw disbursements.
  • Managing invoicing and collections processes.
  • Conducting annual borrower performance reviews.
  • Monitoring compliance requirements for borrowers and funders.
  • Managing quarterly loan loss reserve reviews.
  • Coordinating with asset management teams regarding solar project performance.

This work is essential to maintaining a healthy and compliant lending portfolio.

Investor Relations and Financial Support

The successful candidate will contribute to investor engagement and organizational financial planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining asset and liability tracking models.
  • Supporting fundraising and capital raising initiatives.
  • Assisting with investor due diligence requests.
  • Preparing investor impact and compliance reports.
  • Supporting cash flow forecasting and financial planning.

Qualifications and Experience
