Kvinna Till Kvinna has announced a new opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join its regional team as Regional Finance Manager for South Caucasus and Eastern Europe. Key Responsibilities

The Regional Finance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring strong financial management systems and compliance across the regional programme.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring effective financial management routines and internal controls.
  • Supporting payment procedures in line with donor and organizational requirements.
  • Processing partner payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.
  • Conducting financial assessments of partner organizations.
  • Reviewing budgets, audit reports, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinating audits and compliance follow-up activities.
  • Supporting grant management processes alongside programme and finance teams.
  • Strengthening anti-corruption measures and risk mitigation systems.
  • Supporting financial management in crisis-affected and complex environments.
  • Leading capacity-strengthening initiatives for partner organizations.
  • Facilitating trainings, peer learning, and ongoing financial support.
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the regional programme.

Supporting Women’s Rights in Complex Contexts

Kvinna till Kvinna is internationally recognized for its work supporting women’s rights organizations in conflict-affected and politically sensitive environments. The Regional Finance Manager position reflects the organization’s commitment to ensuring that financial systems and compliance frameworks remain strong even in rapidly changing operational contexts.

The role requires someone who can combine technical financial expertise with an understanding of the challenges facing civil society organizations operating in fragile and crisis-affected regions. This includes balancing compliance requirements with practical support for local partner organizations working under difficult circumstances.

Ideal Candidate Profile
