Key Responsibilities
The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and engaging learning experience:
Course Delivery
- Teach a total of 64 hours of online classes between April and June 2026
- Conduct sessions via platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet
- Manage groups of 10–15 students per class
Curriculum Design
- Develop course outlines for:
- Beginner English for journalists
- Intermediate English for journalists
- Focus on:
- Grammar and vocabulary
- Media terminology
- News writing and editing
- Interview techniques
- Professional communication
Student Support & Assessment
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance
- Assign weekly homework and provide constructive feedback
- Support students in achieving clear learning outcomes
Engagement & Interaction
- Participate in MiCT’s online learning platform
- Share resources and reading materials
- Encourage discussions and student engagement
- Interact with student submissions and activities
