### Role overview: Engagement Officer
The Engagement Officer will lead and support engagement activity designed to increase public understanding of VAWG and strengthen support for prevention work.
Core responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering engagement strategies across Scotland
- Building relationships with communities, partners, and stakeholders
- Supporting campaigns and behaviour change initiatives
- Organising events, workshops, and outreach activities
- Helping shape accessible and creative messaging
