About the Director of Network Engagement Role
The Director of Network Engagement is a senior leadership role within Prospera’s global secretariat team. The selected candidate will lead the organization’s membership engagement strategy while strengthening collaboration and collective action across the network.
This position will focus heavily on:
- Building meaningful relationships with members
- Supporting cross-regional collaboration
- Leading collective learning initiatives
- Facilitating global convenings and political dialogues
- Strengthening feminist movement participation
- Advancing network-wide strategic priorities
The role also serves as a bridge between organizational leadership, feminist movement-building, and network participation.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee several strategic functions across the organization.
Network Engagement & Collective Action
Responsibilities include:
- Leading membership engagement strategies
- Coordinating cross-regional and thematic collaboration
- Facilitating global convenings and consultations
- Supporting collective agenda-setting
- Strengthening communities of practice
Knowledge & Learning Leadership
The Director will also:
- Develop systems for network-wide learning
- Capture and share insights across members
- Support evidence generation and narrative change work
- Build learning methodologies and knowledge infrastructure
Organizational Leadership
As part of the Senior Management Team, the candidate will contribute to:
