Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will take ownership of Technovation’s primary website and digital growth strategy. A major focus of the role will be leading the performance and relaunch of Technovation.org on Webflow, ensuring an optimized user experience and strong SEO foundation.

This role bridges content creation and audience acquisition, ensuring that high-quality content reaches the right audiences through strategic distribution and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Manage and optimize the organization’s website using tools like Webflow and WordPress
  • Build and update landing pages while ensuring SEO and design best practices
  • Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior tools to improve website performance
  • Oversee digital campaigns, including Google Ad Grants and Meta advertising
  • Collaborate with content and social teams to distribute content effectively
  • Develop partnerships with influencers, newsletters, and mission-aligned organizations
  • Align website, email marketing, and paid campaigns for a seamless user journey
  • Track and report on performance metrics using analytics tools

Required Technical Skills

Candidates are expected to bring strong technical expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including:

  • Proficiency in Webflow and WordPress for website management
  • Strong understanding of SEO, including on-page optimization and search visibility
