MAGENTA FZE is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager with expertise in Behavioural Science (BeSci) or Social and Behavioural Change (SBC) to support the launch of an innovative digital product in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market.
The consultancy opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience combining digital product management, behavioural insights and user-centred design to create evidence-based digital solutions. The selected consultant will guide the product journey from discovery and research through development, testing and scaled implementation.

About the Consultancy Opportunity
MAGENTA is supporting the development of a new digital product designed to address a specific business challenge through the application of behavioural science approaches.
The Digital Product Manager will play a key role in translating behavioural insights, user research and SBC methodologies into practical product requirements for technical teams. The consultant will work to ensure that the final digital solution is user-focused, measurable and aligned with project goals.
The role will involve close collaboration with the Behavioural Science Lead, Technical Lead and Project Manager throughout different phases of product development.
Key Responsibilities of the Digital Product Manager
The consultant will oversee the product development process across multiple stages, from initial preparation to scaling.
Discovery and Research Phase
During the preparation and discovery stages, the Digital Product Manager will:
- Develop design-thinking workshop materials.
- Plan research activities and discovery approaches.
- Conduct interviews and observations with target users or relevant audience groups.
- Identify behavioural barriers, motivations and triggers influencing user decisions.
- Map user journeys and apply behavioural diagnosis methods.
- Analyse qualitative insights alongside historical data.
- Develop evidence-based user segments and personas.
- Define success metrics, measurement approaches and testing frameworks.
The consultant will ensure that user needs and behavioural factors are clearly understood before moving into product design.
Product Ideation, Prototyping and Pilot Development
The Digital Product Manager will support the transition from research findings into practical digital solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading structured ideation sessions for different user segments.
- Evaluating potential concepts based on value and feasibility.
- Designing behavioural interventions and delivery approaches.
- Supporting pilot implementation.
- Comparing results between test groups, control groups and baseline measurements.

Build, Testing and Scaling Support
During product development and scaling, the consultant will:
- Review product outputs to ensure behavioural principles are incorporated.

- Measure performance against agreed success indicators.
- Validate results and statistical significance.
- Develop case studies and quality-assurance materials.

Stakeholder Engagement and Regional Experience
