TRUST Consultancy & Development (TCD) is inviting applications from experienced humanitarian and development professionals to join its Senior Consultant Roster for Third-Party Monitoring (TPM), Evaluation and Research assignments.
The consultancy opportunity is open to specialists with strong technical expertise in humanitarian, development and fragile-context programming. Selected consultants will be considered for future short-term consultancy assignments based on their experience, availability, geographical knowledge and the needs of specific projects.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate substantial professional experience and meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in relevant thematic areas.
- Proven experience conducting TPM assignments, evaluations, assessments, research or consulting projects.
- Experience working in humanitarian, development or conflict-affected environments.
- Previous work with international NGOs, UN agencies, donors or international consulting firms.
- Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
- Fluency in English.
Knowledge of regional languages, including Arabic, Kurdish or Turkish, will be considered an advantage.
Consultant Responsibilities
Selected roster members may be engaged to support various consulting activities, including:
- Designing and conducting evaluations.
- Collecting and analysing programme data.
- Conducting field assessments.
- Preparing technical reports.
- Providing evidence-based recommendations.
- Supporting organisational learning and programme improvement.
Consultants will contribute to strengthening accountability, effectiveness and impact across humanitarian and development programmes.
