Role Overview

The Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Relations is a high-level leadership role focused on expanding revenue and strengthening partnerships with corporations, foundations, and institutional donors.

This position plays a central role in scaling the organization’s financial sustainability and global influence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Design and lead the overall business development strategy
• Align fundraising and partnership efforts with organizational mission and priorities
• Manage and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee succession planning and leadership development within the department

Corporate & Institutional Partnerships

• Build and manage relationships with corporations and foundations
• Develop cause-related marketing and brand partnership initiatives
• Oversee sponsorships, grants, licensing, and in-kind contributions

Revenue Growth & Performance Management

• Track and evaluate department performance metrics
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports

Candidate Profile

• At least 15 years of experience in business development or corporate engagement
• Significant leadership experience managing teams and budgets
