Deputy Director Role Overview

The Deputy Director will play a central leadership role within PSFC, partnering closely with the Executive Director to guide organisational growth and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development

The Deputy Director will lead and support PSFC’s internal team by:

• Strengthening communication and collaboration across teams.
• Recruiting and retaining talented professionals aligned with PSFC’s mission.

Organisational Strategy and Operations

Responsibilities include:

• Improving operational systems and processes.
• Identifying opportunities to increase organisational efficiency.
• Strengthening systems across communications, technology, finance, and member management.
• Supporting board engagement, communications, and quarterly meetings.

Member Relations and External Engagement

The Deputy Director will:
