1. Purpose of the Assignment

3. Key Responsibilities
A. Curriculum Development
- Build a competency-based CSSR curriculum framework
- Define learning outcomes, modules, and sequencing
- Map competencies to operational requirements
- Align with INSARAG and NDRF standards
B. Training Design and Instructional Development
- Develop interactive, scenario-based training materials
- Incorporate simulations, case studies, and field exercises
- Embed audiovisual and digital learning resources
C. Master Trainer (ToT) Development
- Design Training of Trainers (ToT) package
- Define instructor competencies and certification processes
- Develop mentoring and quality assurance tools
D. Technical Coordination
- Work with ADPC and NDRF Technical Curriculum Working Group (TCWG)
- Conduct consultations and validation workshops
- Integrate feedback from operational experts and instructors
E. Training Facility & Equipment Advisory
- Recommend simulation infrastructure and training layouts

4. Required Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
