- Experience with humanitarian IM systems
- Kobo, Power BI, GIS, or data pipeline management
- Data cleaning, analysis, and visualisation
Data Scientists / Data Analysts
- Data modelling and predictive analytics
- Dashboard creation (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- AI/ML for humanitarian or development contexts
AI Experts
- Ethical and responsible AI
- AI deployment for social impact
- Data governance and risk mitigation
Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) & Anticipatory Action Experts
- Risk modelling and hazard analysis
- Early warning systems
- Preparedness and anticipatory action frameworks
Technical Project Managers
- Managing digital product development cycles
- Coordinating IT teams, clients, and developers
- Delivering high-quality, sustainable digital tools
Data Protection Specialists
- GDPR compliance
- Responsible data frameworks
- AI/data ethics and cybersecurity alignment
MOODLE Experts
- Development and configuration of Moodle LMS
- Plugin management and integration

Requirements
- 3–10+ years relevant professional experience (depending on role)
- Strong technical literacy and/or data skills
- Experience with international NGOs, UN agencies, or research institutions
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural teamwork
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
