About the Assistant, Philanthropy & Communications Role

A significant part of the position involves maintaining accurate information and supporting the organization’s knowledge-management systems.
The successful candidate will use Salesforce to create and update contacts, organizations and funding opportunities. They will also upload meeting notes and engagement records and help move funding opportunities through the Salesforce pipeline.
The Assistant will also help maintain organized Box folders and document-management systems, ensuring that important information can easily be accessed by members of Co-Impact’s global team.
