About Co-Impact
Co-Impact brings together local changemakers and funders from around the world to strengthen health, education and economic systems and create lasting social impact.
The organization places a strong emphasis on gender equality and women’s leadership, working to address the structural causes of inequality affecting women, girls and marginalized communities.
Co-Impact works across five continents and provides large, flexible grants and strategic support to locally rooted partners in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Its partners’ initiatives are expected to benefit more than 600 million people, while the organization aims to deploy more than $1 billion by 2030.
About the Assistant Role
The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Philanthropy & Communications team, including the Vice President of Philanthropy & Communications, Strategic Partnerships Director and wider team.
Because the team operates globally across several time zones, the position requires someone who is highly organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
The successful applicant will also be expected to demonstrate sound judgement, discretion and excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers a broad range of administrative and coordination responsibilities.
The Assistant will provide executive support to the Vice President and administrative support to the Strategic Partnerships Director, including calendar management, international travel coordination and expense management.
The successful candidate will also coordinate team meetings by arranging schedules, preparing agendas, managing logistics, taking notes and tracking follow-up actions.
Additional responsibilities include supporting webinars, workshops and other events, preparing presentations, coordinating documents and providing flexible administrative assistance to team members as priorities change.
An important component of the position involves CRM and knowledge management. The Assistant will maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including contacts, organizations and funding opportunities. They will also upload meeting notes and engagement records, assist with Salesforce pipeline management and maintain organized Box folders and departmental documents.
The successful candidate will be encouraged to identify ways to improve administrative processes, systems and workflows.
Who Can Apply?
Co-Impact is looking for an experienced professional with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of experience supporting senior executives and globally distributed teams.
Applicants should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system is also important. Candidates should ideally have experience coordinating international travel, calendars and expenses.
Experience in philanthropy, nonprofits or international development is desirable, although it is not essential.
Beyond technical experience, Co-Impact is seeking someone who is proactive, resourceful, dependable and capable of working independently. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, confidentiality and the ability to collaborate across time zones are also essential.
Salary and Remote Work
The position offers an annual gross salary of USD 74,000, pro-rated for the 13.5-month contract and paid in the local currency equivalent.
The role is fully remote, but applicants must be authorized to live and work in the United Kingdom. Co-Impact does not cover relocation costs.
Because the organization operates internationally, the successful candidate should be comfortable attending occasional early-morning or late-afternoon meetings. Some international travel may also be required.

Your cover letter should specifically address your experience relevant to the role and confirm that you are authorized to live and work in the UK.
