Remote Analyst Role Overview

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Impact & Research and will play a key role in helping Climate Spring understand and communicate the impact of its programmes.

The Analyst will support data collection, research activities, reporting to funders, and the development of innovative approaches to measuring impact.

This position requires someone who is comfortable working with data, conducting research, creating reports, and translating complex information into clear insights for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

The Analyst will be responsible for supporting several important areas of Climate Spring’s work, including:

• Developing strong processes for preparing and organising internal data.
• Collecting, cleaning, analysing, and presenting data for internal and external reporting.
• Supporting project evaluations and impact measurement activities.
• Helping prepare reports for funders and stakeholders.
• Researching climate-related television and film projects.
• Summarising academic and audience research into accessible insights.
• Supporting the Climate in Screen Entertainment Research Working Group.
• Contributing to annual reporting and impact framework development.

The role will involve working across different teams and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Skills and Experience Required

Applicants should have strong analytical abilities and experience working with quantitative data. Climate Spring is looking for candidates who can identify trends, develop insights, and communicate findings effectively.

• At least four years of experience analysing quantitative datasets.
• Strong skills using Excel, Google Sheets, and Airtable.
