CECA works collaboratively with partners to identify evidence-based solutions, strengthen existing initiatives, and support policies that improve access to reproductive healthcare.

About the Role

The Project Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational, administrative, financial, and logistical support to CECA’s programmes and initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will help coordinate projects, manage meetings and events, oversee reporting processes, and support programme implementation across multiple stakeholders.

This is a fully remote, exempt position that may be offered on either a part-time or full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will:

  • Coordinate day-to-day project operations.
  • Support financial management and reporting processes.
  • Process expenses and administrative documentation.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and summaries.
  • Organize virtual and in-person events.
  • Manage logistics for conferences and stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide technical support using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Zotero.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Monitor project progress and reporting requirements.
  • Track contracts and programme budgets.
  • Support monitoring and evaluation activities.
  • Undertake additional special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • At least four years of professional experience in public health, healthcare, public policy, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating conferences, technical working groups, or multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong editing and proofreading abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice is considered an advantage.
