SRHR Health Consultant
Position Overview
The SRHR Health Consultant will support CAUSE’s work in strengthening sexual and reproductive health and rights programming through research, technical input, and strategic guidance. The consultant will contribute to evidence-based approaches that promote equitable access to SRHR services and information.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on SRHR-related programmes and initiatives
- Conduct research, analysis, and documentation on SRHR issues
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of SRHR interventions
- Contribute to policy briefs, reports, and advocacy materials
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance SRHR goals
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in public health, SRHR, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in SRHR programming, research, or advocacy
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver outputs within tight timelines

Gender Equality Consultant
Position Overview
The Gender Equality Consultant will support CAUSE’s efforts to mainstream gender equality across programmes, policies, and advocacy initiatives. The role focuses on advancing gender-transformative approaches and strengthening institutional and programmatic gender outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on gender equality and gender mainstreaming
- Conduct gender analyses and assessments
- Support the development of gender-responsive strategies, tools, and frameworks
- Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and learning on gender outcomes
- Develop high-quality reports, briefs, and knowledge products
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Academic or professional background in gender studies, social sciences, development studies, or a related field
- Proven experience working on gender equality programmes or research
- Strong understanding of gender-transformative and rights-based approaches
- Excellent facilitation, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
