Role Overview: Content Producer (Remote / Contract)
The Content Producer is responsible for executing the organization’s content strategy across multiple platforms. The role is operational in nature, focusing on the creation, scheduling, publishing, and repurposing of digital content.

Key Responsibilities
The Content Producer manages a wide range of content creation and publishing tasks, including:
- Creating and managing multi-platform social media content calendars
- Publishing content on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Writing captions, hooks, advocacy posts, and educational explainers
- Producing short-form video clips from raw recordings with captions and formatting
- Repurposing single content pieces into multiple formats (posts, graphics, clips)
- Scheduling content using tools such as Hootsuite
- Monitoring engagement and escalating issues when needed
- Supporting email and SMS campaign drafting as needed
- Building presentation decks using Canva templates
- Maintaining organized digital asset libraries and branded materials
- Delivering weekly performance metrics summaries
This role requires both creative execution and operational discipline to maintain a steady content output.
Required Skills and Experience
