About the Executive Assistant & Board Liaison Role

Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Assistant & Board Liaison will provide strategic administrative and operational support while serving as a trusted partner in managing executive priorities.

  • Managing the President’s complex calendar across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Coordinating domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, and meeting logistics
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports
  • Supporting executive scheduling and priority management
  • Coordinating Board meeting schedules and communications
  • Preparing agendas, pre-read materials, and board documentation
  • Tracking board decisions and follow-up actions
  • Maintaining accurate board records and archives
