This role is critical in ensuring that AnitaB.org’s Revenue team is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and processes to engage effectively with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Role Overview

The Sales Enablement & Operations Specialist will act as a bridge between teams, optimizing workflows, enhancing communication, and ensuring seamless operations across all AnitaB.org programs and events. You will play a key role in enabling the Revenue team to perform at the highest level by providing training, operational support, and actionable insights derived from data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Enablement & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of all programs and events, and communicate information on behalf of the Revenue team. Provide onboarding support to new partners to ensure a smooth integration process.
  • Sales Enablement: Design training materials, sales decks, enablement guides, email templates, and other resources to equip the Revenue team with the knowledge to speak confidently about AnitaB.org offerings.
  • Operational Optimization: Identify points of friction in sales and fulfillment processes. Implement and refine workflows that promote transparency, efficiency, and collaboration across departments.
  • Data & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational metrics. Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and accurate reporting for decision-making.
  • Event & Initiative Support: Organize and support high-level initiatives, ensuring logistics, communications, and follow-up activities are executed effectively.
  • Stakeholder Support & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure deadlines, processes, and expectations are communicated clearly and executed efficiently.

Who You Are

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales enablement, operations, or related roles, with experience collaborating across teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce), lead management systems (Zoom Info, Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), Microsoft Office, and data visualization software.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities, generate insights, and optimize processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience designing workflows, tracking KPIs, and managing complex processes across teams.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Agility & Initiative: Comfortable taking on additional tasks, adjusting priorities, and solving complex problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed to support organizational initiatives.
