Ambitious Impact is inviting aspiring social entrepreneurs to apply for its Charity Entrepreneurship Incubation Program, a fully supported opportunity for individuals who want to launch a high-impact nonprofit organisation tackling some of the world’s biggest challenges.

This remote programme is open to applicants from anywhere in the world and provides participants with a charity idea, co-founder matching, expert training, mentorship, and financial support to build a new evidence-based organisation.

About the Charity Entrepreneurship Incubation Program

Starting a charity can be challenging, but Ambitious Impact helps selected founders turn ambitious ideas into effective organisations through a structured incubation programme.

Since 2018, the programme has supported more than 100 founders in launching over 50 organisations focused on areas such as:

  • Global health
  • Animal welfare
  • Poverty reduction
  • Education
  • Environmental challenges
  • Economic development

The programme helps founders identify high-impact opportunities, develop solutions based on evidence, and build organisations capable of creating large-scale change.

What Ambitious Impact Provides

Selected participants receive comprehensive support, including:

Evidence-Based Charity Ideas

Participants do not need to arrive with their own nonprofit idea. Ambitious Impact’s research team identifies promising opportunities where new organisations can create significant impact.

  • Increasing economic opportunities
  • Strengthening health systems

The programme helps founders:

  • Identify compatible partners.

  • Avoid the challenges of founding alone.

Expert Training and Mentorship

The programme provides practical training from experienced nonprofit founders and experts.

Participants learn:

  • How to evaluate evidence.

  • How to build nonprofit operations.
  • How to measure impact.
  • How to develop sustainable organisations.

Funding Support

The programme provides financial support to help founders focus fully on building their organisations.

Participants receive:

  • A monthly stipend of approximately USD 5,000 per month (adjusted according to local cost of living).
  • Additional support for participants with higher financial needs.

After completing the programme, founders pitch their organisations to aligned funders.

Approximately 95% of projects receive seed funding, with recent grants ranging from USD 150,000–190,000.
