Position Overview

• Major Gifts and Donor Management: Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of donors, focusing on gifts of $100,000+ while managing a full spectrum of donor levels.
• Development Strategy & Systems: Design and implement a sustainable fundraising infrastructure, including gift tracking, stewardship workflows, and annual projections.
• Fundraising Communications: Produce compelling donor-facing materials, case statements, proposals, and stewardship reports.
• Foundation and Institutional Giving: Identify and secure foundation grants aligned with mission priorities, managing relationships with program officers and institutional funders.
• Culture of Philanthropy: Build and promote an organizational culture that values philanthropy and donor engagement. Organize events, briefings, and small donor gatherings.
• Reporting & Evaluation: Track fundraising performance, analyze results, and refine strategies based on data insights. Present regular reports to organizational leadership.

Key Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive fundraising experience, including success securing major gifts of $100,000 or more.
• Proven ability to develop and manage a comprehensive donor pipeline and implement development systems.
