About the Director of Philanthropy Role

The Director of Philanthropy will report directly to the Chief Development Officer and lead the organization’s institutional fundraising strategy. The successful candidate will help grow revenue streams from foundations, bilateral and multilateral donors, and strategic institutional partners.

In addition to institutional fundraising, this role will also support the growth of individual philanthropy by helping to build donor pipelines, engagement strategies, and sustainable fundraising systems.
