Overview of the Program & Events Assistant Role
African Futures Lab is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to provide support across its programmes, events, research activities, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting Programmes and Initiatives
The Program & Events Assistant will help coordinate various organizational programmes, fellowships, campaigns, and activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining programme trackers and participant databases
- Supporting participant communication

- Preparing presentations, briefing notes, and reports
- Tracking action points and following up with partners
- Supporting programme documentation
