About the Consultancy
Action Against Hunger is implementing the RAMP digital platform, which is built on the DHIS2 Tracker architecture and integrates a customized mobile application for field data collection. The selected consultant will provide technical leadership to configure DHIS2 Tracker, enhance mobile functionality, improve dashboards, support testing, and strengthen documentation to ensure a reliable and sustainable digital health information system.
Key Responsibilities
The consultant will be responsible for delivering several technical components throughout the consultancy.
DHIS2 Tracker Configuration
Responsibilities include:
- Configuring and maintaining DHIS2 Tracker programmes
- Developing forms, workflows, validations, and program rules
- Managing user roles and permissions
- Optimizing Tracker functionality and performance
Mobile Platform Support
The consultant will:
- Improve the customized DHIS2 mobile application

- At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Strong expertise in DHIS2 Tracker implementation and configuration
- Experience working with digital health information systems
- Knowledge of dashboards, analytics, reporting, and data visualization
- Experience conducting software testing and quality assurance
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with Java or Kotlin
- Android Studio development
- DHIS2 Android Capture App
